Renovation of a municipal facility in Ewing, New Jersey. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of December 27, 2021, 2021, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Delaware River Basin Commission ("Commission") is seeking a qualified firm to provide a scope of work, cost estimate, and schedule to disconnect, remove, and dispose of and replace the existing chiller so that the Commission can improve the performance and function of the onsite air conditioning system. This project scope is anticipated to consist of: o disconnecting, removing, disposing of and replacing the existing 90-ton chiller located on the roof of the Commission's headquarters, located at 25 Cosey Road, West Trenton NJ, 08628; o design of all electrical and piping work required to power and operate the replacement system; o a structural analysis and design to mount the new chiller unit on the roof; o providing and installing the new chiller; o developing the engineering specifications to replace the existing support structure and then replacing the existing support structure per those specifications; and o obtaining and complying with all applicable permits.
