The selected firm for this project will be required to provide design, bidding, and construction management services for a new facility consisting of an open-air amphitheater, spectator seating/viewing area, and integrated veterans memorial features throughout the project area. Submittal Requirements: - A letter of interest must not exceed two pages; A_ narrative responding to the various evaluation factors established by the City must not exceed ten pages; A maximum of seven pages of additional supportive material such as _ charts, tables, and/or photos. Notes: - One (1) hard copy of submittals is required for firms submitting on the project; A page is considered to be 8 %" by 11", printed on one side, single or double-spaced; Submittal covers and dividers between the sections will be allowed and not counted in the page limit. Firms responding to this invitation must address the following: - A proposed Scope of Work; Qualifications and experience of key individuals who would be working on the project; Proposed time schedule for undertaking and completing the project; and Basic professional fee schedule for services. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The estimated funding available for the construction of this project is estimated at approximately $800,000 to $1,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
