As of January 21, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Annual Requirements Contract for Street Rehabilitation furnishing all labor, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work required including all appurtenances for: The Annual Requirements Contract for Street Rehabilitation consists of citywide concrete replacement/rehab at various locations throughout the City. The contractor will be on-call for various concrete work including portions of Renner Rd., Northstar Rd., Glenville Rd., Melrose Dr., Lookout Dr., Polk St. and Prestonwood Dr. and Neighborhood Area 22, alleys and sidewalks. Work to be performed generally includes concrete pavement removal and replacement, concrete alley removal and replacement concrete sidewalk/leadwalk replacement, 6" concrete curbs, barrier free ramps, sodding and other appurtenances related to performing the work. The contract will be for a period of 12 months beginning on the construction start date as indicated in the Notice to Proceed letter. The contract may be renewed at the option of the City for two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions of the initial contract, if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
