The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting bids through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Prospective bidders are not required to attend the bid opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices and to wear masks. Bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the bid opening. Instead, this information will be posted online once available. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq. Accordingly, bidders are strongly encouraged to mail responses via USPS, UPS and FedEx, etc. Bids must be made on the bid forms within this document, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and Request for Bid Contract #19-21 Rebid Painting Contractor for Various Park Commission Facilities. on the outside, and addressed to Mark Demareski, Q.P.A.
