Site work for a civil project in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Contractor shall furnish all the materials and perform all the work shown on the drawings and described in the other attached Contract Documents entitled STORM WATER MITIGATION POND FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT prepared by Costello, Inc., Engineers acting as, and in these Contract Documents entitled the Engineer. Contractor shall do everything required by this agreement, the Specifications, the Drawings, and other Contract Documents Project has been cancelled, The project will be re-advertised next week. Excavation of Mitigation pond and installation of storm sewer pipe The successful bidder must furnish PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS on the forms furnished with the PROPOSAL, in the amount of one hundred percent of the total Contract price, from a surety company acceptable to the Owner. At such time as required by the Owner, the Contractor shall provide a 100% maintenance bond Final Completion shall be achieved not later than 60 calendar days following Notice to Proceed.
