Locations and structures to be monitored shall be in accordance with the plan details, and the specifications. It shall include all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. This work shall consist of the construction, installation, adjustment and conversion of manholes, junction boxes, catch basins, culvert end treatments and safety ends in accordance with these specifications, and in conformity with lines and grades shown on the plans or established.
