Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Augusta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 22,840-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
All questions must be submitted in writing by fax to 706 821-2811 or by email to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov to the office of the Procurement Department by Friday, April 1, 2022, 2021 @ 5:00 P.M. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after BIDs have been opened, pending the execution of contract with the successful vendor. A 10% Bid Bond is required. The Work is defined by the Contract Documents and consists ofthe following: Construction ofone (1) New 22,840 SF Community Center to be located at 2463 Golden Camp Rd, Augusta, GA. The construction will include masonry, concrete, structural steel, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, building sprinkler, roofing and sitework as required forthe new facility.
