Project, 2021 Andre & Walker ES Renovations, with campus locations at the following addresses: Andre ES: 8111 Fry Road, Cypress, TX 77433 Walker ES: 6424 Settlers Village Drive, Katy, TX 77449 for the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. Andre ES - One-story interior renovation with kitchen addition. Includes but is not limited to MEP renovations, flooring replacement, new doors, walls, and painting throughout. Walker ES - One-story interior renovation with MEP, walls, ceilings, and paint throughout. Also includes new roof ply overlay work for the entire roof. Additionally, there are numerous ALTERNATES affecting Mechanical and Flooring scopes as defined in Section 01 23 00 - ALTERNATES. Further, there are a large number of unit prices affecting concrete, electrical, communications, mechanical, fire alarm, specialties, flooring, roof blocking, and roof membrane as defined in Section 01 22 00 - MEASUREMENT AND PAYMENT (UNIT PRICES). All bidders must review and submit ALTERNATE pricing and UNIT PRICES as related to their scope of work.
