Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The County is requesting bids for a one-time purchase of two (2) field office trailers, including data packages as outlined in the bid schedule, for each trailer. In addition, the County has requested alternate pricing for Office and Conference Room Packages. Pricing for each line item in Section 1 is required for bid to be considered responsive. Omission of a price in Section 1 may be the basis for rejection of bid submitted. The lump sum price for the base bid shall be all-inclusive and include, but not limited to, entry ramp, steps with handrails, labor, shipping/deliver, installation of the new field trailer according to the Manufacturer's recommendation as directed by County, mileage and exclusive of all taxes. The County will be responsible for providing unobstructed access to the sites and will ensure sites are level with no obstructions above or below grade. It is the County's responsibility to obtain any all required permits, complete all necessary site improvements, and complete all necessary utility connections, including but not limited to water, wastewater and
