**As of January 6, 2022 the project has not been awarded yet.** DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK - The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to, demolition, repairs and installation of new ceiling material in accordance with the plans prepared by Apex Project Management dated November 5, 2021and any authorized change orders which have been signed by both parties. The contract will be awarded at a Board Meeting of the Park Board of Commissioners on December 16, 2021at 6:30 p.m. Work must be performed within the time frame most conducive with Racket Club operations; starting March 24, 2022 and completed by April 4, 2022 3. Each bid shall also include three (3) references of clients for which similar work was performed, listing the name, address and telephone number of the client, a description of the work, and the construction cost. ILLINOIS PREVAILING WAGE ACT - All contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12).. The Crystal Lake Park District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities.
