Request for Qualifications Notice Bridgeport Neighborhood Trust is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for General Contractor for the East Main Street Redevelopment located at 371 East Main Street, the new construction of a 44-unit, apartment style building. The development will most likely be funded through the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, State of Connecticut, Department of Housing, and/or Federal Home Loan Bank of Boston Affordable Housing Program. As such, the project is subject to compliance with local, state, and federal laws, Equal Opportunity Employment, Non-Discrimination and Affirmative Action in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes A 4a-60 and 4a-60a, Compliance with Executive Orders and SBE/WBE/MBE Set-Aside Requirements. The project will NOT be a State Prevailing Wage or Davis Bacon Wage job. A payment and performance bond will be required.
