Renovation of a water / sewer project in Richmond, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
PROJECT NO.: 0346V.21 ITB 21-2242-10KMW The Work consists of the following at 2807 Charles City Road, Richmond Virginia 23231. a. Replacing existing miscellaneous equipment within the Charles City Road Sewage Pumping Station including exhaust fans EF-1A, EF-1B, and EF-4, aluminum double door D102 hardware, Bilco floor hatches, 2-pole light switch, door switch, lighting fixtures, and fuel piping leak detector SAS-1. b. Changing existing 1" copper plant water piping to existing 3/4 " wall hydrant HV-3 and providing insulation for piping in the Fan Room. c. Closing the 1" supply valve, capping the connection, and removing all existing 1" plant water piping and valves from the Screen Room. d. Demolishing and removing the existing ductwork for exhaust fans EF-1A and EF-1B and providing new fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe and flanges to the existing pipe. Work included in this contract shall be Substantially Complete within 180 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences, and it shall be complete and ready for final payment within 270 calendar days from the date the Contract Time commences
