** This project has been awarded to Construct, Inc. in the amount of $866,448.** Project Location: Budd Inlet Treatment Plant and Regional Services Center at 500 Adams Street NE and the East Bay Public Plaza at 325 Marine Drive NE in Olympia, Washington. Project Description: The project consists of furnishing and installing security level chain link fence and gates and ornamental fence and gates around the perimeter of LOTT facilities Engineer's Estimate: $880,000.00 - $1,130,000.00 including sales tax. Postmarked and/or late packages or faxes will not be considered for bid. LOTT invites minority and women-owned businesses to submit bids. As necessary, responses to questions will be made available to all bidders via addenda. Questions for which the responses affect the bid conditions will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 17, 2021.
