Site work for a water / sewer project in Bartonville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work is officially known as "Village of Bartonville-Lawndale Drainage Improvements". The project will involve drainage pipe and riprap improvements on Lawndale. 1.02 SCHEDULE OF CONSTRUCTION A. Construction may begin following bid approval with a deadline date of August 1st, 2022. The project shall be allowed 45 working days once construction begins. 1.03 TYPE OF BID A. Bids shall be made on a unit price basis. 1.04 TIME AND LOCATION FOR OPENING OF BIDS A. Bid security shall be certified bank check or a bid bond. 1.07 RIGHT TO REJECT BIDS A. The Village of Bartonville reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all Bids. Unless all Bids are rejected, award shall be made to the low, responsible Bidder after the Bid evaluation has been completed. 1.08 OTHER A. Eligible contractors shall comply with the Substance Abuse Prevention on Public Works Act, (820 ILCS 265/) and the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/0.01, et seq.).
