Site work for a water / sewer project in Lihue, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 4, 2022, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Pursuant to HRS 103D-1002, Hawai'i Products Preference, persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed on the Hawai'i Product List, shall submit a Certification for Hawai'i Product Preference, Form SPO-038, to: cokpurchasing@kauai.gov no later than December 3, 2021. For multiple products, one (1) form shall be submitted for each product. Reference the Schedule B; Hawai'i Products Preference for more information. The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. All prospective bidders shall have a Hawai'i State Contractor's License Type "A" PRIOR to submittal of bids. The County is not considering the repair mortar and epoxy coating only proposal, the County is requiring the FRP manhole insert as the method of rehabilitation
