Site work and renovation of a museum in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a museum.

All work done on this project must conform to the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for Treatment of Historic Properties and is subject to review by the New Jersey Historic Trust. The principal activities involved in this project are related to the primarily Exterior Preservation of Contributing. Buildings at the site and include: 1. Partial restoration of the exterior including, but not limited to: Roof and Flashing Replacement Replacement of Gutters and Downspouts Painting of Metal Roof Masonry Repointing and Repair Woodwork Repair and Replacement Wood door repair and replacement Provide Barrier Free Ramp and Railings 2. Partial restoration of the interior including, but not limited to: Resetting of Brick Floor Plumbing Drainage Upgrades New Lighting Bidder as GC and proposed Project Supervisor are required to demonstrate verifiable, successful experience in Project Supervision and Administration of Historic Preservation Projects. This experience shall include at least two (2) projects involving separate historic buildings or sites and similar activities and scope of work as the subject project completed in compliance with the Secretary of the Interiors Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties within the past seven (7) years preceding the date of the execution of this pre-qualification form. At least one of the projects must have been reviewed by the New Jersey Historic. Trust, a State Historic Preservation Office or the qualified historic review body of a county or municipality. CONTRACTOR shall perform all work and provide all related materials and services identified within the Scope of Work, the Notice to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Bid Specifications, Vendor's Bid Response and all pertinent related documents that are attached hereto and shall be made a part hereof related to the project. CONTRACTOR shall furnish, deliver and install these materials and services within the scope of this Agreement as an independent contractor
