**As of December 16, 2021, the following are the bid amount for each project: Project #1-Pleasant Ridge Elementary School - Metal Roof Grand Total = $1,112,630 Project #2-Pleasant Ridge Elementary School - EDPM Grand Total = $193,830 Project #3-Woodland Meadows Elementary School - EDPM Grand Total = $487,840 Project #4-Hertigate School - EDPM Grand Total = $407,670 Project #5-Liberty School - EDPM Grand Total = $308,650 Total Award Amount = $2,510,620 The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part; or, for reasons of establishing uniformity, delivery time or preference, to award the contract to other than the low bidder. Certified check, money order or Bid Bond by an approved surety company must accompany each proposal in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. Price proposal shall be good for a period of no less than 60 days from the bid date, unless otherwise noted. Bid Bond can be included with the bid . Furnish materials and labor to for roofing replacement at Pleasant Ridge Elementary, Woodland Meadows Elementary, Heritage, and Liberty Schools per drawings and specifications. Use of Manufacturers' products and other requirements set forth in Specifications are not intended to preclude use of any other approved manufacturer's products or procedures which may be equivalent, solely as determined by the Owner, but are given for the purpose of establishing standards for design, function and quality of materials, construction and workmanship.
