Scope Of Work: The work consists of all necessary items to complete clearing and grubbing for Moran Ranch Sections SF-1 through SF-6. each bidder is authorized to make two (2) copies or prints as needed for the purposes of bidding, and at their own expense. The documents are not released for construction or modification at this time. The Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. Bids shall be prepared as set forth in "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS," inclusive of required Bid Bond or Bid Security. Bidders will be required to provide Payment, Maintenance, and Performance Bonds in accordance with State Law. Bidder will be required to provide a completed, signed, and notarized TEC Form 1295 complete with a certificate number assigned by the Texas Ethics Commission ("TEC"), pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908 and the rules promulgated thereunder by the TEC. Bidders should be advised that, prior to award of any contract, the Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purposes of determining the bidder's responsibility and capacity to perform the contract.
