For SR 310 Water Interconnect with Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District (SWLCWS) Project The City of Pataskala SR 310 Water Interconnect with Southwest Licking Community Water and Sewer District (SWLCWS) project will generally include furnishment and installation of meter vault, piping, hydrants, valves, flow meters, testing, access drive, electrical work (including coordination with electrical utility), clearing and grubbing, grading, and site restoration. The entire scope of work is detailed in the Bid Documents. Bidders are required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Bid Price or certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit equal to ten percent of the bid amount to guarantee the Bidder's entrance into a contract, if awarded the project. Each bid must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the bid and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Licking County as determined by the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Determinations. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. In the event that the Owner is unable to obtain an Agreement with the Bidder initially selected, the Owner may award the contract to the next bid, most favorable to the Owner. The right is reserved by the Owner to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the lowest and best bid.
