Renovation of a museum in Clifton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
As of 3/21/2022, per the owner, this project is up to a year out from being awarded. The project generally consists of the following: 1. Repair of exterior finish carpentry; 2. Structural upgrades to heavy-timber framing; 3. Restoration of asphalt shingle, copper flashing and roof drainage system; 4. Restoration of door and window; 5. Upgrading site utilities; 6. Surface preparation and painting. All respondents will be notified in writing of the decision as to qualifications. Only those determined to be pre-qualified Historic Restoration General Contractors for this project will be invited to submit bids for the work. A prequalification package must be requested in writing via email, kindly addressed to the following: jjorgensen@cliftonnj.org and ajariwala@cliftonnj.org
