Intends to procure the services of a construction firm to furnish all materials and construct, complete in place, the Replacement of Bridge No. HO-006 River Road over Rockburn Branch, located approximately one-hundred (100) feet east of Rockburn Hill Road in Elkridge, Maryland. The project consists of constructing a new prestressed concrete beam bridge as well as removal of the existing bridge, maintenance of traffic, the installation of new landscaping, erosion and sediment controls, roadway pavement, and other miscellaneous appurtenances and incidental items of work as shown on the Contract Drawings.
