Install drain piping and also fencing. Selective demolition and renovation of existing Park Shelter House as specified in Contract Documents. Replacement of doors and windows as specified in Contract Documents. Interior and exterior painting as specified in Contract Documents. B. Provide all labor, engineering, tools, transportation, services, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary for and incidental to satisfactory completion of required work as indicated in Contract Documents.
