Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 120 The Improvements under this Contract consist of widening, pavement reconstruction, milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, guardrail, pipe rail, drainage improvements/modifications (including inlets, culverts, manholes, pipe lining), traffic monitoring sites, signing and pavement markings, lighting, utility adjustments, settlement and vibration monitoring of existing structures, along SR 76 (Kanner Highway) from north of SW Cabana Point Circle northerly 1.409 miles to SR 5 (US 1), in Martin County. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Plans. Contractor needs to be pre-qualified. A Contract / Performance bond is required for this project. The limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 for each occurrence and not less than a $5,000,000 annual general aggregate, inclusive of amounts provided by an umbrella or excess policy. The limits of coverage described herein shall apply fully to the work or operations performed under the Contract, and may not be shared with or diminished by claims unrelated to the contract. The policy/ies and coverage described herein may be subject to a deductible. Pay all deductibles as required by the policy. No policy/ies or coverage described herein may contain or be subject to a Retention or a Self-Insured Retention.
