Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kimberley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites proposals from qualified and experienced IPD General Contractors for the scope of work related to the City of Kimberley Wastewater Treatment Plant outlined in this document. The success of an IPD project requires IDP team member to engage as an integrated team of owner representatives, consultants, contractors, and trades representatives. The successful General Contractor and other parties will enter into a Hanson Bridgett - INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY CONTRACT. The City has generated funding to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant to support community growth and regional environmental health. The City has completed extensive design work on the proposed facility and now wishes to review and optimize the design, and deliver the project through the IPD process.
