The successful Contractor shall be required to furnish 100 percent performance and payment bonds. Repair/Replace the damaged suspended ceiling system in the indoor track (A200) and Auxiliary gym (A201) Construction: Compliance with both ASD & Municipality COVID 19 protocol required. Contractor to verify existing suspended ceiling seismic conditions in areas A200 and A201. Seismic deficiencies in the existing suspension system should be documented in field notes and photos and delivered via email to the Project Manager and repaired. The timeline for this scope of work is aggressive, acknowledged and accepted with a bid submittal.
