Work will include the construction of drainage improvements including material excavation, concrete slope paving, riprap, and erosion control. This contract is for the purpose of providing all materials and labor to construct the pedestrian tunnel in conformance with the Plans and Specifications. Guarantee will be required with each bid as follows: At least 10% of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), shall be filed in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the City of Center Point. Contract bond will be required as follows: 100% of the contract price. Labor and Materials Bond will be required as follows: 100% of the contract price.
