Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Mundelein, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Demo Demo out existing Rheem Furnaces and A/C units. Reclaim refrigerant from the existing 2 condensing units. Demo out the return air drops in the attic. New Installation Furnish and Install new HVAC galvanized sheet metal ductwork per SMACNA standards. Furnish and Install (2) new Carrier 110,000 BTU 80% MDL # 58SCOA110E2120 furnaces with 4Ton cased coils MDL# CNPV4821ALA, R410A Refrigerant. Furnish and Install (2) new Carrier 13 seer MDL# 24ABB348ABN3 and (2) new condenser pads. Furnish and install new galvanized sheet metal plenum on the (2) new furnaces. Furnish and install (2) new return air drops from the return trunk line in the attic (25x10) verify on site. HVAC Piping Reconnect condensing units and evaporator coils. Pressure test and pull vacuum on refrigerant system to 500 Microns. HVAC Controls (stand-along controls) Furnish and install (2) new 7 day programable thermostats. Furnish start up for the new systems. Any question and/or requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing to the Department of Purchasing no Later than 11/17/2021 11:00 AM, CST If any prospective Vendor is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the RFQ Package, such prospective Vendor shall submit to Owner an email directed to Owner's Purchasing Department, purchasingdept@LCFPD.org
