The Project consists of all Work, Services and Items required and necessary for the demolition of the existing splash pad and construction of a completely new splash pad system, in place, as shown on the Contract Drawings. Work shall include but is not limited to preparation of the base for the new concrete slab; placement of the new concrete pad; installation of spray system and water supply system with connection to existing water line, backflow prevention device, distribution manifold and solenoid and manual valves; rebuild center drain; install electrical control system including connection to power supply, spray system control panel, and activation bollards; all bonding, grounding, and equipotential wiring in deck and equipment as required by local, state and national electric codes, and all related or appurtenant work incidental to or necessary to provide a fully functional and operating spray pad. 1. Demolish, remove and properly dispose of existing bituminous splash pad and appurtenances. 2. Layout proposed splash pad and notify CBYD. 3. Install spray features and associated plumbing. 4. Place and finish concrete splash pad including rebuilding center drain with ADA compliant grate. 5. Connect to existing water line and install backflow preventer, control valves, water meter yoke in new cabinet on concrete pad. 6. Install new control panel in existing building and furnish new signal wire from control panel to solenoid valves. Install PVC conduit where existing conduit is incomplete between building and new valve cabinet including all trenching and backfilling. Penetrate and seal building walls as necessary. 7. Install new outdoor furnishings. 8. Clean and restore work area after completion of work. 9. All labor, services, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the Projec
