Before installing water bottle re-filling stations, the fountain or faucet must be tested to assess the water quality. Since filters will be included in the water bottle re-filling stations, a maintenance and monitoring program will have to be included for each installation to ensure the health and safety of the users. Failure to pre-register will result in the Proponents Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
