Request for proposals for planning and design services related to the JFK/UMass Station Area Action Plan for the City of Boston. The award of a contract under this RFP shall be based upon a determination of the most advantageous submission from the most responsible and responsive vendor taking into consideration the evaluation criteria set forth in the Documents. The term of the contract shall be for approximately thirty-six (36) months beginning on or about January 3, 2022 through January 3, 2025 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
