APPLICABLE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS This call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: o AGREEMENT FOR THE LIBERALIZATION OF PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IN QUEBEC AND NEW BRUNSWICK; o TRADE AND COOPERATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN QUEBEC AND ONTARIO; o CANADIAN FREE TRADE AGREEMENT; BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK The work that is the subject of this contract includes, but is not limited to: Renovation of the heating system, intercom and electricity o Electrical distribution and lighting o Renovation of the fire alarm system o Replacement of the system intercom o Addition of new ventilation systems o Renovation of the heating system / Integration of radiant heating panels in certain ceilings o Exterior installation of a concrete base and fence to receive the condensers of the new heating system o Leveling of existing finishes in connection with the replacement of heating devices and other electromechanical systems Renovation of ceiling finishes and upgrade of lighting fixtures o New suspended ceilings o Drop-outs and plasterboard ceiling niches in some areas o Replacement of lighting fixtures Start of work: Mid-May 2022 Date reception with work reservation: August 19, 2022 THE PUBLIC BODY does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received within the framework of this call for tenders.
