A timeline for a rebid has not yet been determined.*** The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is seeking bids for the engineering drawings, railroad permitting/bonds/insurance/flagging, and installation of approximately 60 LF of 24" I.D. steel casing (by jack and bore method) and installation of 18" HDPE pipe within the 24" steel casing under the Norfolk Southern Railroad crossing located on SC-12 Taylor St (mile point 2.12) between Harden St and Gregg St (see Appendix 1 - Maps) in Richland County, conforming to specifications herein. Start date: 01/28/2022 End date: 01/27/2023. Dates provided are estimates only. Any resulting contract will begin on the date specified in the notice of award.
