Estimated Amount: $80,000.00 This project is for landscaping, irrigation and the installation of pavers at the entry of the Rich King Memorial Greenway. The project's location is within a section of Right of Way privately owned by Florida Power and Light (FPL) and a portion of right of way owned by Collier County. The area for irrigation and landscape is approximately 160 feet by 160 feet. The paver installation is for the surface underneath two benches and areas between the sidewalk and the street. The landscape will be installed as specified on the prints with a one-year warranty for viable plants. Open spaces will be mulched with dark brown mulch. All plantings as specified are approved by FPL. In accordance with FPL guidelines, trees/shrubs/plantings must be no taller than 15 feet at maturity. An existing Irrigation system is available for this project. The system is located on the west side of the property. The system consists of a 2" Reuse water line, a main valve with flowmeter, five zone valves and a working Hydropoint controller with a flow rate of an estimated 40 gal per minute. The new irrigation will be drip with very few spray heads. The new Irrigation is anticipated to run three sessions per week starting at midnight on each day. The drip irrigation flow will have to be planned accordingly to ensure ample watering during the allowed time
