Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
For the City of Tahlequah Safe Routes to School Project concrete pedestrian paving, roadway patching, grading and drainage, solid slab sodding, signage, and striping. Bids shall be based on Unit Prices and include additive and deductive alternates when applicable. Contract will include 60 calendar days Start Time. Contract Time for completion of the Work will be 90 calendar days for Substantial Completion and 120 days for Final Completion. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bids shall remain binding on the Contractor for 60 days following the Bid Date. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. Contracts for work under this bid will obligate the Contractor and subcontractors to comply with the Fair Labor Standards Act, Davis-Bacon Wage Act and verification process, Federal Aid Contract Special Provisions contained in the Project Manual. The Disadvantage Business Enterprise Utilization Goal established for this project is 0%.
