Repairs of the roof at Centre Bisson. The repairs consist of replacing failed roofing membranes and the underlying assembly (support pannel and insulation). TIMELINE: The owner has secured the consultants to complete a building report following requst for proposals # GOC4747538-CS. An inspection report GOC49023904 identified areas of repair for the roof at Centre Bisson. Consultant is to review the report, complete a visual review of the site and provide a repair tender set. Further update in early 2023.
