**As of October 11, 2022, project was awarded to McDonald&Sons,Inc , awarded amount is $644,858.87.** Blue Heron Golf Course for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The site is located at 3270 Romancoke Rd (Route 8) in Stevensville, MD 21666. The work consists of reconstruction of eight (8) greens on the Blue Heron Golf Course. Responsibilities to include but not be limited to: construction of greens per engineered plans, drainage of greens and surrounding area, irrigation installation,sediment control, removal of old materials, mobilization of equipment, working within an approved time line,seeding greens and sodding of surrounds. Contractor shall oversee grow-in and up to two (2) mows once greens are established. The Local Vendor preference and Local Vendor Bid criteria apply to this project since all funds are County Funds Any Addenda issued shall be issued via electronic posting on the Queen Anne's County Procurement and ebidmarketplace.com websites. See item 8 above. However, it is the Bidders responsibility to ensure receipt of all addenda .
