Site work for a water / sewer project in Miami Shores, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
CONTRACTOR shall review all documents, specifications, plans and scope of work provided by Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department for work to be completed. Furnish all labor, equipment and materials required to comply with the intent of the WORK described in the contract documents including but not limited to: remove existing, dispose and replace approx. 850 LF (10' high) of new 4" x 10" wave attenuator panels and 10" x 10" longitudinal beams at DOCK "A" only using stainless steel hardware. Existing wood support pilings (12" SQ) to be inspected and replaced as needed. Work is further identified in the contract documents. Owner, principal or direct employee of the company actively engaged in the underwater construction scope of work shall be certified by THE AMERICAN ASSOCIATION OF DIVING CONTRACTORS INTERNATIONAL (ADCI). CONTRACTOR is hereby advised that all approved permits are based on the Contract Documents. Experience: Bidder shall have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope. Bidder shall provide evidence of this experience; project names; dollar values and contract information for verification purposes. This information should be entered on form 00450 Bidder's Statement of Qualifications and Business References, highlighting at least three comparable projects and using additional pages as needed.
