The Legislative Facility Services department of the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia is inviting bids for landscaping maintenance services at the Parliament Buildings and surrounding areas. The Contract will be awarded for an initial 36-month term (commencing April 1, 2022 and ending March 31, 2025). The successful Contractor may, at the discretion of LFS, be granted the option to renew the Contract for an additional one (1) or two (2) one- (1-) year periods upon terms to be arrived at during negotiations to be held during the third year of the Contract.
