Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Oak Point, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope of Project: 1. Approximately 21,700 SY asphalt pulverization; 21,700 SY HMAC overlay; 300 LF RCP driveway culverts ranging in size from 12" to 48" in diameter; gravel driveways; and ditch grading. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on November 18, 2021, at 2:00 PM Local Time, at the office of The City of Oak Point, 100 Naylor Road, Oak Point, TX 75068. As a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date Contract Documents are received by the Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Council's judgment will be most advantagamatthewseous to the City and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
