The decision as to what constitutes a technicality shall rest solely with Fredrick B. Ross, MBA, MSSM, Director of Procurement & Supply Management. 958-26: Construction Manager at Risk Services for 7th Street North and 50th Ave North and Vicinity Storm Drainage Improvements; Project No. 19045-110. Location: Project will be located generally within Pinellas County and within the City limits. Project Direction: Primary interface with the selected firm will be the City's Design Manager of the Engineering & Capital Improvements Department. The Design Manager will be responsible for the direction, review, and approval of all work as well as the program administration of the contract for compliance with and interpretation of scope, schedule, and budget. In carrying out these functions, the Design Manager will utilize the various departments and personnel of the City of St. Petersburg and coordinate with other governmental agencies as required to ensure a successful project. Project Description: The City of St. Petersburg wishes to employ and intends to select one (1) firm from qualified firms or individuals interested in performing the professional services described in this RFQ in order to implement the City's Capital Improvement Program and/or major maintenance of City facilities. A detailed description of the Scope of Work is contained in Appendix A. 5.Project Period: The term of agreement shall commence on the Execution Date of the Agreement until all services described in the Agreement are completed.
