The site may be reached from Interstate Highway 35W by traveling north to the FM-407 exit. Exit FM-407 and turn left, heading west. Continue heading west for approximately 0.6 miles and turn right onto Cleveland-Gibbs Road heading north. Continue heading north for approximately 1.3 miles and the project will be to the north. The project consists of approximately 2,300 cubic yards of excavation and placement, 15,190 square yards (3,900 linear feet) of concrete pavement, and associated drainage facilities for the construction of Old Justin Road. The bidder shall submit either a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner is not obligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bids or in bidding. The Owner may accept any bid deemed advantageous.
