Renovation of a mixed-use development in Menominee, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Board of Education of the Menominee Area Public School District is the elected governing body of the Menominee Area Public Schools (MAPS) located in Menominee County, Michigan. Description of Project and Scope of Services: Plans and specifications 2. HVAC a. Labor, material and equipment to install 6,000,000 BTUs high efficiency boilers with new boiler pumps and re-piping the system to make it a true primary secondary system b. Electrical c. Permits d. Safety 3. Field coordination 4. Applicable 5. Full warranty period to include parts and labor Proposals: Interested firms can submit written proposals to Director of Operations, Steve Sobay. Menominee Area Public Schools Request for Proposals: Additional Boilers Proposals must include the following information: 1. Legal name of the interested firm. 2. Names of all owners or principals of the interested firms. 3. A description of the services the interested firm proposes to provide. 4. The fixed price or fees for which the interested firm will perform the Scope of Work as described in this RFP. 5. List of professional references. Proposals must be submitted to the District by November 30, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. The Board of Education reserves the right to: Reject any or all bids without assigning any reason therefore; Be the sole judge of equivalency; Waive any bid requirement in accepting or rejecting bids.
