As of January 16, 2025, a design firm and contractor have been selected for the project. Project Description: This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34-601 et seq. The Town of Gilbert (Gilbert) is seeking a qualified consultant to complete design and construction of Guadalupe Road from Arizona to McQueen and the intersection of McQueen and Guadalupe to current Town Standards. The Project includes reconstructing the pavement, replacing ACP, updating the signal components and layout to meet current design standards. The project includes the relocation of 69KV power lines and coordination and design of SRP facilities and UPRR. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *This project has been updated to Award status based on historical confirmations and outreach.
