This tender guarantee must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must be in accordance with the provisions of the tender bond model reproduced in appendix 4.01A of the Tender Form; b) a certified check, money order or bank draft, made payable to the PUBLIC BODY; c) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form. Description 21AH-001 & 21AH-002 Replacement of elevators at Center St-Michel and at La Maisonnee. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
