Renovation of a water / sewer project in Monterey, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Provide engineering and design services culminating in project bid documents (plans and specifications) for upgrades to key pump station facilities including: Monterey and Seaside Pump Station: All electrical equipment (power distribution, Motor Control Centers, Switchgear, VFDs, controls); pumping capacity; retrofit of valves and piping; surge tank inspection and cleaning; HVAC replacement; fire suppression; evaluation and potential replacement of doors, hatches, utility water system, chemical storage tank, and underground storage tank (UST). Seaside Pump Station: All electrical equipment (power distribution, Motor Control Centers, Switchgear, VFDs, controls, generators); pumping capacity; retrofit of valves and piping; HVAC/chiller replacement; fire suppression; perimeter fencing replacement; concrete repairs on exterior of pump station; site paving rehabilitation; evaluation and potential replacement of surge tank, wet well hatches, utility water system, and dry well bridge crane.
