The City of Yonkers, on behalf of the Yonkers Joint School Construction Board (YJSCB), is issuing this bid for the new construction of Community School 35 at the former St Denis school site at 121 McLean Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10705. The Work of this Project will be let in four (4) separate contracts divided according to the work of the separate Prime Contractors for the following: Contract No. 4 - Electrical Work Responsibilities assigned to each separate Prime Contractor and the scope of the Work included in each contract is clearly identified in the Specifications.
