Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Elsinore, California. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The primary purpose of this project is to demolish 6 reservoir sites that are a potential hazard and are no longer being used by the District, except for Beck Reservoir, which is expected to be taken offline at the end of 2021. EVMWD intends to initiate this project on February 2022, anticipating completion on April 2023. Respondents to this RFP must be able and willing to commit the necessary resources to complete the project within this timeframe. Oral statements regarding this RFP by any persons should be considered unverified information unless confirmed in writing. To ensure a response, questions must be received in writing by 10:00 a.m. local time on Tuesday, November 23, 2021. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
