Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bidders will be deemed Non-Responsive if original physical bid submissions are not submitted or received after the aforementioned date. Project Description: The City of Rio Rancho is soliciting formal bids for the reconstruction and improvements of Rainbow Boulevard which is located between Northern Boulevard and Southern Boulevard in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The complete roadway reconstruction will include two 12' lanes, 6' shoulders and bar ditches, asphalt turnouts with dip sections for the existing platted dirt roadways, some curb and gutter will be included on the east half of Rainbow Boulevard between Pecos Loop and Southern Boulevard. NOTICE: The City of Rio Rancho Procurement Code, Section 36.37, paragraph B, notes that New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. This IFB is issued on behalf of the City of Rio Rancho by the Purchasing Division, which is the SOLE POINT OF CONTACT DURING THE PROCUREMENT PROCESS.
