The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the bid determined to best serve the needs of Payne County. Payne County hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award. 200 ton or greater VFD screw type chiller that will integrate into current air handling system. This is a turnkey project to include: o Provide crane services for removal and installation o Close off Duncan street from 6th to 7th street with appropriate city permits for the dates needed o Remove old chiller, supply and install new chiller o Preform factory start-up o Complete all electrical work including controls by licensed electrician o Welders to repipe 6" pipe to new chiller o Insulate pipes and add heat tape o Price to include all miscellaneous materials o Labor 2-5 year complete warranty on parts (includes compressor)
