Scope for Services 1. Pressure Wash - Power wash and clean Amphitheater and privacy fence complete (including foundations, decks, stairs, and all exterior stained wood). 2. Staining - Furnish and apply all stain products (Flood Brand, Cedar Tone Transparent CWF-UV Exterior Wood Stain, attached) to all previously stained wood excluding bathhouse building and benches. 3. Repairs - Furnish all materials and supplies; Remove damaged/rotted wooden panels and siding and replace with like kind. Protection and Cleanup 1. At the end of each workday, clean up and remove empty cans, rags, rubbish, and other discarded materials from the site. 2. Upon completion of staining, clean stain spattered surfaces. Remove spattered stain by washing, scraping or other proper methods, and using care not to scratch or damage adjacent finished surfaces. 3. Protect work of other trades, whether to be stained or not, against damage from staining. Correct damage by cleaning, repairing or replacing, and re-staining, as acceptable to the Park. 4. Provide "Wet Paint" signs to protect newly stained finishes. Remove temporary protective wrappings provided by others for protection of their work, after completion of staining operations. Contractor is responsible for maintaining all necessary insurance and licenses as required. Contractor shall provide documentation before work can begin. Bid Results- 1.
